Jordan seen through the eyes of Zohrab is “the land of eternity”. From the highest point to the lowest, the region is an incredible combination of raw beauty, with its core essence being the authenticity of the Bedu culture and their legendary generosity and hospitality.

The Bedu culture is just one of Jordan’s many unique characteristics, for it is also a voyage into a land of Biblical history and ancient prophets and that’s what defines Jordan as special. From the River Jordan where Jesus was baptized to Mount Nebo where Moses led the way to the Promised Land, to Mkawir where Salome danced for King Solomon, and the most mysterious of all, the Dead Sea where the salt statue of Lot’s wife still stands till today. Coupled with the biblical accounts is the vast Nabatean history in which stands One the Seven Wonders of the World, Petra. The monument of the Treasury in Petra was built in 1st Century AD and was finally recognized by the world as one of the 7 wonders in late 2007.

Zohrab perfectly captures the exquisite combinations of the magnificent red deserts and rock formations in Wadi Rum, lush greenery in Ajloun and Dibeen, rare birds and Oryxes in the valley of Mujib and last but certainly not least, the Dead Sea in its ever changing and breathtaking panoramas. In Zohrab’s words, “My Camera clicks as my heart beats for Jordan. It is still an untamed, wild virgin beauty. The Dead Sea, which separates the Holy Land from Jordan, in my perspective isn’t dead, it is one of the most beautiful scenes in the world; its warmth and captivating splendor is always new to me, always changing, always calling out to touch a soul, and whoever has the privilege of experiencing it should be in awe”.
